From a Local Roots to a Global Movement

Founded in 2013 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Women Passionately Pursuing Christ (WPPC) began with a singular focus: helping women grow deeper in their relationship with Jesus Christ through the study of God’s Word. After a decade of perfecting a model of deep discipleship and authentic community, WPPC transitioned in 2025 from a local ministry into a rapidly scaling global movement.

We partner with local, national, and international organizations to bring transformative Bible studies directly to men and women, meeting them exactly where they are. Whether in shelters, schools, workplaces, prisons, or homes, we provide a supportive sanctuary for spiritual growth, emotional resilience, and meaningful connection.

Equipping the Next Generation of Leaders

WPPC doesn’t simply host Bible studies, we follow where God is leading and raise up leaders He is calling. We believe God’s answer to isolation and spiritual hunger is rooted in Spirit-empowered local leadership. Through prayerful discernment and Spirit-led training, God equips men and women with the biblical foundation, confidence, and obedience needed to lead.

 

As faithful stewards, WPPC provides practical tools, structured lesson plans, and ongoing support, but it is the Holy Spirit who does the commissioning. Many of our leaders step forward having never led before, yet God uses their yes to plant WPPC groups that become places of transformation, discipleship, and community.

Today, WPPC is active in five nations and growing. Through our studies and global outreach, we cultivate biblical literacy and spiritual maturity that stays in the community. By equipping men and women to walk boldly in faith, we spark a ripple effect of restoration that impacts families, churches, workplaces, and entire nations.
